For products or services purchased through our affiliate marketing promotional sales programs, please refer to each company's return and refund policy. For products or services purchased through other channels, please refer to the refund policy of the respective vendor or provider.

For products and services provided directly from Wellness Haven:

1. Eligibility for Refund and Terms of Return:

a. This policy does not apply to items purchased through our affiliate marketing promotional sales program. See each vendor for their return and refund policy. 

b. Refunds are not applicable for products or services purchased through third-party vendors or other channels.

c. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

2. State of Return:

a. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused (free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration),  and with all original tags attached. 

b. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Reason for Return:

a. Returns may be initiated for reasons such as receiving a damaged or defective product, or receiving the wrong product. 

b. Returns may not be initiated for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

4. Process for Return:

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@wellnesshaven.fit to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

b. Once you have received your RA number, please package the product securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. 

c. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method, and retain the tracking information for your records.

5. Process of Refund:

a. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

b. Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, along with a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

c. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

d. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

e. The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees or other charges.

 f. Please allow 14-30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

6. Evaluation of Refund Requests:

a. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

b. Refunds may be granted if the product or service does not meet the specifications or expectations as outlined in our promotional materials. 

c. Refunds may not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or inability to use the product or service.

7. Refund Approval:

a. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process as soon as possible. 

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Refund Denial:

a. If your refund request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for denial. 

b. You may have the opportunity to appeal the decision or request further clarification from our customer support team.
